Private Bespoke Event

Judgeday have been hired on several occasions to provide an extraordinary private party experience. One such occasion saw Judgeday install a range of tipis, as the client wanted an outdoor glamorous ‘festival like’ party. With three enormous tipis combined Judgeday built a main arena that housed a stage, lights, sound, banqueting tables and chairs and a bar with lavish rugs, lanterns and small open fires dotted throughout. There was also one of the country's most desirable party bands and a then up-and-coming DJ (who now resides on Radio One).

In order to maintain the magic of the event for the guests Judgeday organised for new areas to appear and disappear throughout. For example part of the daytime activities saw stilt walkers and jugglers entertaining the guests and their children, this area was quickly covered as night fell and turned into a secret vodka bar for the adults to enjoy throughout the evening.

It’s these small touches, alongside meticulous planning, acute budgeting and an overall friendly approach that makes Judgeday’s private events second to none.
