Soho House Festival

Soho House Festival is the hugely successful annual Summer party in London, for its members – a global private members social club for those ‘in the creative industries, and people with creative soul’.

Judgeday have been the production partner since its inception at Chiswick House, London in 2007, and have grown and developed the event at several heritage London sites including Marble Hill, Kenwood House and the current Gunnersbury Park.

The boutique festival has evolved from an audience of 4,000 when it began at Chiswick House, and steadily increased up to 10,000 at Kenwood House in 2019.

The event ticket includes limitless food and drink. Everything is of the highest quality, from the abundance of street food stalls and decadent barbecues, artisan bars, outstanding music and entertainment, to the luxury loos, vibrant décor and social spaces.

Our work sees us collaborate with the Soho House team to design and consult on all elements of the event. We take care of the site design, venue liaison, local authority liaison and all aspects of the site build including all staffing and operational management.

We work with the Soho House food and beverage and sponsor teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive on-site build experience and delivery for all bar, food and brand partners.

Due to the festival taking place in London Parks / public sites, during the build and break phases, our attention to The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant safety regulations is vital, to keep the public and our staff safe throughout.

This phase is carefully considered, scheduled and documented to ensure we meet all safety regulations and follow appropriate guidance.
